Abstract

Compressive sensing (CS) theory has been applied to distributed MIMO radar systems in recent years, constituting space diversity by receiving echo from different angles. In this paper, we validate a joint sparse representation model of the received signal assemble, and further extend the single pulse distributed MIMO radar signal to multiple pulses. Three difference kinds of joint sparse model is studied in this paper and we make a comparison of them to choose the optimal one. Simulation results demonstrate that employing the proposed joint sparse representation model, distributed CS MIMO radar can detect target's parameters accurately.
