Abstract

For moving target detection via wideband digital array radar (DAR), this paper proposes a novel coherent integration method with Chirp-Z transform, i.e., space-time Radon-Fourier transform (STRFT), in element-pulse-range frequency domain to jointly realize the wideband digital beamforming (DBF) and long-time coherent integration. The proposed method may dramatically reduce the computational burden of the space-time coherent integration for modern wideband DAR with a large number of elements and a long integration time. Finally, some numerical experiments are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed methods.
