Abstract

A joint meeting of the Editorial Board of the Journal"Izvestiya Vuzov. Radiofizika" and the Scientific Council ofthe Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy ofSciences dedicated to the ninetieth birthday of VitaliiLazarevich Ginzburg was held in the Conference Hall of theInstitute of Applied Physics, Russian Academy of Sciences(Nizhnii Novgorod), on 4 October 2006.
