Abstract

In modern industrial production of electronic components, some of the processes of parameters don't obey the normal distribution. Conventional SPC techniques can not be implemented statistical process control manufacturing processes. In order to properly grasp the statistics controlled the state, must study the new algorithm, make appropriate SPC charts. This normal process parameters for non-conventional control chats in the implementation of an error in the results produced, made use of data conversion technology to achieve non-normal process of statistical process control. And describes the data conversion method to convert the basic principles of Johnson, the establishment of the SPC model based on Johnson transformation. By Minitab data analysis software simulation to verify the correctness of this model is constructed and effectiveness.
