Abstract
L'article traite des racines de l'antisemitisme dans l'orientalisme theologique de la fin du XVIIIeme siecle en Allemagne, lie a la politique, chez Johann David Michaelis (1717-1791). L'A. etudie le concept de race meridionale chez Michaelis, sa polemique contre l'emancipation juive et son lien au colonialisme.
