Abstract

A discussion of the introduction of jogging as a recerational activity at the V.A. Blind Rehabilitation Center at West Haven, Connecticut. The specific, easy-to-learn techniques to be used by a sighted person acting as guide for a blind jogger are explained. Jogging is shown to be a practical, inexpensive activity that should be available to those blind persons who might be interested in it.
