Abstract

The object of this study is to investigate the possible stabilizing effect of family counseling as a variable in (a) length of time spent on the job, (b) reported client satisfaction from the employer, and (c) client self-assessment through the Washington Psychosocial Seizure Inventory (WPSI). Results indicate a significant strength accomplished through family work with families in which one of the members suffers from a diagnosed seizure disorder.
