Abstract
Although many blind people are competent workers, they have never been taught how to find a job commensurate with their capabilities. A Job Seeking Skills Program which emphasizes active client participation is described. Clients learn to accurately articulate their skills, a talent few job seekers possess. Program and material development ideas are presented.
