Abstract

In recent years, a significant number of studies has been conducted to definesatisfaction and its impacting factors. This research aims to assess whether the employees of tealorganizations show higher satisfaction than their equivalent in traditional organizations. That could be due to various features like: friendly work environment, value culture, flat organization structure, workers empowerment, relationships, self-management. Each of those on its own is considered to improve work satisfaction and therefore the question is, if in an organization, where all of these factors are accumulated, the work satisfaction is significantly higher? To verify that hypothesis, the pilot research was carried out during a conference dedicated to teal organizations.
