Abstract

Communication in the educational field, is an encounter that motivates individuals to interact in a positive way, allowing to organize and direct the training process available to the development of its collaborators, so the purpose of this research is to analyze the aspects about organizational communication and its influence on job satisfaction in the collaborators of the Metropolitan University, Headquarters Machala. An analytical and synthesis method was used, the qualitative approach of which allowed to know the perception of the subjects investigated about the incentives and motivation of the authorities towards the workers, which made it possible to reveal the essential relationships and fundamental characteristics of the object. In addition, direct observation was used and two measurement instruments were applied: the Mélia and Peiró work satisfaction scale S20/23, and the Test-Retesx organizational communication scale of Roberts and O'Reilly. It was obtained as a result, that the professionals of the entity, have a low interpersonal communication, therefore, little job satisfaction within their roles.
