Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Internasional (TELIN) with a sample of Y-Generation group or commonly referred to as the Millennials Generation. The research objective is to determine how job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and employee performance in Generation Y group at TELIN and how job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect employee performance in Generation Y group partially or simultaneously. The sample of 122 employees the results of descriptive analysis shows that job satisfaction is included in the high category, organizational commitment is in the sufficient category, and employee performance is high. The result of hypothesis testing using the t-test shows that variable job satisfaction and organizational commitment partially affect employee performance. Simultaneous hypothesis testing with the F test shows that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously have a notable effect on employee performance.
