This study’s findings revealed that there was a significant effect of job satisfaction on the vocational high school teachers' Narimo ing Pandum attitudes. The highest factor of teacher job satisfaction was coworker support (20.27%), and the lowest factor was the work itself (13.77%). Meanwhile, the highest percentage of the Narimo ing Pandum attitude was honest and sincere (22.28%), and the lowest percentage was gratitude (13.17%). These findings contribute that school principals need to pay serious attention to job satisfaction and Narimo ing Pandum attitudes by optimizing what teachers need in teaching. It is hoped that the teacher can apply the principles of the Narimo ing Pandum attitude.
