Abstract
Andrew Godkin and colleagues (Aug 12, p 562)1 report intense inflammation and ulceration in the duodenum, seen on upper endoscopy in a patient with Henoch-Schonlein purpura. We have done push enteroscopy in two similar patients and have seen an identical appearance in the duodenum with extension into the jejunum.
