Jejunal (recurrent) ulcer may occur after any operation in which the small bowel is attached to the stomach. The discussion covers the factors influencing the development of jejunal ulcer, its symptoms and preferred management, as well as its incidence following various types of surgery for duodenal and gastric ulcer.
