Abstract
A case of an adenocarcinoma of the jejunum in a female patient of the age of 53 years is described. The clinical and roentgenological findings were those of an incomplete obstruction of the small intestines. The oral administration of the barium suspension for the roentgenological examination completed the otherwise incomplete obstruction
