Abstract

This paper proposes a design of a dual band textile wearable antenna with miniaturized structure. The textile wearable antenna is designed at ISM band(2.45GHz and 5.8GHz). Choose denim material and copper tape as antenna substrate and radiating element, respectively. This paper also measured the dielectric constant of the denim due to it is difficult to find certain dielectric constant of textiles. In this paper, details of the proposed antenna design are described, and the experimental results of antenna prototype are presented. Then simulated and measured the antenna performance when it close to the human body.
