Abstract

Summary A case of haemolytic jaundice in association with virus pneumonia and a high titre of cold agglutinins is described. The clinical features are compared with other reported cases and a similar syndrome is revenled. The treatment and complications of the haemolytic crisis is also briefly discussed.
