Abstract
It is shown that James’ quasi-reflexive Banach space is primary. We also prove if X is a complemented reflexive subspace ofJ thenX is isomorphic to a complemented subspace of (ΣJn)I2 whereJn is the span of the firstn elements of the unit vector basis ofJ.
