Abstract
At the congress, program reports on the following topics were heard and discussed: the state and prospects for the development of physiotherapeutic and specialized sanatorium and resort assistance to the population of the USSR; scientific basis for the therapeutic and prophylactic use of natural and modern preformed physical factors; physical factors in the prevention and treatment of diseases in children and adolescents; natural preformed physical factors in the treatment of patients with cardiovascular diseases; modern problems of studying the use of physical factors in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system.
