Abstract
Para la coronación, una comisión de los diputados elaboró un detallado proyecto de ceremonia de 63 artículos, que debía ser cumplido paso a paso y que fue íntegramente copiado de los rituales de la corte española y de la coronación de Napoleón Bonaparte que se adaptó también al ritual romano, con la presencia del presidente del Congreso como el depositario de la corona en la testa de Iturbide, y entre otras cosas, con la supresión de los tres días de ayuno que precedían a toda coronación._____________________________For the coronation, a commission of deputies elaborated a detailed project of ceremony of contains 63 articles, that had to be fulfilled step by step and that was completely copied of the rituals of the Spanish court and of the coronation of Napoleón Bonaparte that also adapted to the Roman ritual, with the presence of the President of Congress as the depositary of the crown on the head of Iturbide, and among other things, with the suppression of the three days of fasting that preceded all coronation.
