Abstract

During recent months, much energy has been spent on setting up primary care groups (PCGs). Those involved have also been getting to grips with the governing arrangements and functions of the various board members. Now that the shadow PCGs are in place, decisions are being made about starting levels (1 or 2), the Primary Care Investment Plan (PCIP) and who is actually going to do the work.
