ITB International Geothermal Workshop (IIGW 2023) Peer review declaration

Abstract

Type of peer review: Single-blind Single-anonymous: authors' identities are known to the reviewers. Reviewers' identities are hidden from authors Criteria used by Reviewers when accepting/declining papers. (i) Technical criteria: In this criterion the scientific merit; notably scientific rigour, accuracy and correctness considered. Clarity of expression; communication of ideas, readability and discussion of research scope and suitable referencing.(ii) Scientific criteria: Originality and motivation; all papers should clearly demonstrate the scientific interest of the results. The significant parts of the manuscript should not have been published or being with any sort of plagiarism.(iii) Presentation criteria: The tittle should be adequate and appropriate for the scope of the article. Same applies the abstract must contain the essential information of the article and complete with a brief elaboration of background, problem scope, results, discussion and conclusion. Moreover, diagrams, figures, tables and captions should be essential and clear. Text and mathematics: Should be briefly and clear.There are opportunities for authors to resubmit articles after revisions Conference submission management system: Submission management system used emails exchanged between authors and Conference Technical Committees. First, Call for s were announced, and then papers are collected and reviewed. Authors whose abstracts/papers are accepted are prepared for publication and presentation.◦ Number of submissions received: 90◦ Number of submissions sent for review: 90◦ Number of submissions accepted: 34◦ Acceptance Rate (Number of Submissions Accepted / Number of Submissions Received X 100): 37.7◦ Average number of reviews per paper: 2◦ Total number of reviewers involved: 36Later, another selection process for existing received and accepted papers were carried out again to be published at IOP Proceeding Online. Paper review process were conducted once again in order to refine the selected paper quality to be published online. This further review process was conducted via Morressier paper management system in order to track the reviewing process and to ensure transparency.
