Abstract
Jeannie LeDoux, MBA, BSN, RN, CCM, CPHQ, CTT+, is a commissioner and former Chair of the Commission for Case Manager Certification, the first and largest nationally accredited organization that certifies more than 50,000 professional case managers and disability management specialists. She is also a senior clinical educator at MCG, part of Hearst Health. Her professional work includes work with diverse cultures and with special needs and complex medical issues. She also has extensive experience working with the military.
