Abstract

Welcome to the Second International Conference on Information Technology and Quantitative Management (ITQM 2014). This year conference will take place at the National Research University Higher School of Econom-ics (HSE), Moscow, Russia. ITQM 2014 is organized by International Academy of Information Technology and Quantitative Management (IAITQM) and National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE).
