Abstract
Today's business environment places creative and innovative practice of organizations as the only way of a long-term survival of modern organizations. Recently, one of the attractive topics that became the subject of research for a large number of prominent authors is organizational creativity. The previous theoretical base on this topic points to the existence of two basic elements of establishing greater organizational creativity. The mentioned elements are external and internal: forming a creative organizational climate has an external character, since a great number of participants within the organization and other stakeholders are affected; while creativity of an employee is an internal factor and depends on individual personality, expertise and creative skills. These elements only point to the prerequisites for achieving creative business, but do not guarantee realization of creative results. The aim of the paper is to present different models of considering elements and factors that influence organizational creativity, as well as to specifically present the research framework with the given issues that assess the level of organizational creativity.
