Abstract
Management of the emigrant flows is one of the biggest global problems in the world today and it has become uncontrollable. The article looks at a number of objective and subjective reasons of why emigration has become inevitable. In particular, description of migration processes in Egypt and problems of Arab migrants in literature are in the spotlight.
