Abstract

The features of the latest objects of information law are determined. The definitions of big data are considered, and their author’s definition is given. The consequences of the uncertainty of the right-hand mode of big data are studied. The proposal to establish remuneration for Internet users for providing their personal data was supported. The article substantiates the need for states to prevent the illegal use of personal data, as well as to establish a legal regime for information that is not personal data. A comparative analysis of two objects of information law: big data and information systems.
