ISSUES OF IMPROVING NORMATIVE AND LEGAL SUPPORT OF THE KAZAKHSTANI LEGAL MENTALITY

Abstract

Effective functioning of all elements is important for the legal system. The legal system is the most complex form of a system aimed at achieving a specific goal, and is a system capable of changing its own structure in the course of activity. The article is devoted to the study of the legal mentality and its regulatory and legal support in the Kazakhstani society. The article explores the concept of legal mentality, its connection, interaction with the current Kazakhstani legislation. Generally, necessity of studying normative-legal support of legal mentality help raise the level of legal culture and legal awareness in the Kazakhstani society to a new level. The formation of legal culture and legal consciousness is impossible without taking into account the mental characteristics of the individual and society. Features of any society is determined by the level of legal consciousness and culture of its members. The mentality and mental characteristics of the legal bearer are formed on the basis of stereotypes and archetypes accepted in this particular society. Studying the legal mentality and raising its understanding to a new level will help form a positive attitude of society and the individual towards law in general. At the same time, the issues of legal awareness, legal culture and legal mentality should be considered comprehensively, taking into account the mental characteristics of citizens in society and their general value system. This is one of the important directions of national legal science.The result of the study is the analysis of the current state of the national legal system, the development of legal mentality, legal consciousness and legal culture from today's point of view, the development of directions and measures for deep understanding.
