Abstract

In this article, the authors analyze domestic and foreign experience in political and legal regulation of the system of countering extremism. The need for comprehensive interaction in matters of preventing and combating extremist manifestations on the territory of the Russian Federation, government bodies, law enforcement agencies with public organizations and civil society institutions is revealed.The authors come to the conclusion that even in the context of a special military operation and external sanctions, taking into account and implementing the experience of foreign countries in the fight against extremism in the Russian legal system is still significant.
