Abstract
Semiconductor Complex Ltd, a Government of India Enterprise, situated near Chandigarh is in the process of setting up of a 6 inch wafer state-of-the-art integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing unit. Ultra high purity (UHP) water plant is an integral part of any IC manufacturing unit. This article provides information regarding the UHP water system adopted by SCL.
