Abstract
A juxtaposition of the issues involved in acquisition of minority stake in Ratebeer by ABI with the proposed competition law regime in Nigeria. Intent is to determine if such acquisition would have been approved given similar circumstance under the Federal competition and Consumer Protection Bill.
