Abstract
Cover image: Artwork commissioned for the study in Blake et al pp 281–288, which was facilitated by the Indigenous Respiratory Outreach Care (IROC) Program. Artist Susie Klein. The background of this painting is looking down an open airway. The metallic coloured marks represent the specialists who care for and manage disease. The painting displays airflow using Indigenous flag coloured lines which are either being breathed in or exhaled out of the airway. You will find a number of communities reflected in the rough patches on the painting to coincide with the rural and remote locations throughout Queensland where IROC outreach clinics are conducted and the damage each community sustains with this disease.Image courtesy: Tamara L.
