Abstract

Front cover: The photomicrographs show both the co-localization of the glioblastoma tumor suppressor neurofibromin with mitotic microtubules and normally congressed chromosomes at metaphase in astrocytes. Neurofibromin depletion leads to aberrant chromosome congression, a possible mechanism for the generation of CIN/aneuploidy in neurofibromatosis patients who have a 5-fold increase incidence of glioblastoma.
