Abstract

This article presents a systematic analysis of the framework of the square dance community management system, especially the internal structural characteristics analysis with its ethnographic community research treats the structure of the main actors of square dance management, such as the relationship between the station manager, the comanager and the residents, as a system, and studies the state of different actors in the whole system and the constituted system order from the perspective of system theory to analyze and evaluate the community square dance management system.
