Abstract
To create a network of collaboration and communication between Brazilian hospitals, who join voluntarily, generating a fundamental change in the culture of the hospitals, to exchange experiences, dissemination of best care practices, structuring clinical protocols related to the quality and safety of patient and promotion of training of multidisciplinary teams in order to continuously improve the quality of care in Brazil and the spread of a concept of intolerance to avoidable harm.
