Abstract

Hospital acquired pressure ulcers (HAPU) are a serious patient safety concern, resulting in poor patient outcomes and high healthcare costs. We developed a patient-centred pressure ulcer prevention care bundle (PUPCB) with input from patients, nurses and other health professionals.
