Abstract

A series of isoxazolopyridazinones and analogues has been prepared and evaluated as Leishmania mexicana phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitors. Some of the synthesized compounds showed a moderate PDE inhibitory activity at 100 μM and preliminary structure–activity relationships were discussed.
