Isotropy group of non-simple derivations of K[x, y

Abstract

In this paper, we study the isotropy group of non-simple derivations of the form , where D is a simple derivation of K[x, y] and m, u are non-negative integers. For , we have proved that the isotropy group of is isomorphic to the product of two finite cyclic groups. Further, we have proved that isotropy group of derivations and are finite, where m, u are positive integers.
