Abstract
Vapour-liquid equilibrium data have been reported for the quaternary systems methanol + isobutanol + acetonitrile + benzene, and methanol + tert-butanol + acetonitrile + benzene at 60°C using a modified Boublik vapour-recirculating still. The experimental results agree well with those calculated by the uniouac associated-solution model with binary parameters alone.
