Abstract
The isothermal cross section of the phase diagram of the NbVGe system at 1123 K was constructed using the results of microstructural, X-ray phase and electron probe X-ray analyses and measurements of Vickers hardness and microhardness. Two continuous series of solid solutions, Nb 3-Ge-V 3Ge and Nb 5Ge 3-V 5Ge 3, were detected in the system.
