In a prospective study, Siegel, Lee, and Peress (2) found no evidence of an increase of ANA after prolonged isoniazid therapy in 29 patients, but this result was regarded as inconclusive because of the small sample size.We have found ANA by indirect immunofluorescence in 6% of 80 isoniazid-treated tuberculosis patients at a mean dose...
