Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to explore the Isomorphic relationship between regional and organizational culture by a case study combined with qualitative and quantitative research methods in Daqing Oilfield Limited Company. The result shows that the organizational culture of the company is dominated by the Hierarchy and Clan culture, and is full of harmonious and concordant, the sense of collectivism and teamwork. The organizational culture of the Company is compatible and isomorphic with its regional culture, which is marked with the Daqing spirit. And how the relationship might be is analyzed and discussed.
