Abstract
Joanna White is a music professor who was inspired to return to an early love of writing after performing a concert with a poet. Her work has appeared in the Examined Life Journal, Ars Medica, The Healing Muse, Abaton, Intima: A Journal of Narrative Medicine, The MacGuffin, The Sow's Ear Poetry Review, Emrys Journal, Chariton Review, and Glassworks, among others, and in the Naugatuck River Review as a poetry contest finalist.
