Abstract

A 15-day-old newborn presented with cardiovascular shock. Upon clinical suspicion of congenital heart disease (CHD), medical treatment was initiated. Echocardiography showed a left-sided interrupted aortic arch Type B and a large ventricular septal defect (VSD).
