Abstract
SummaryDehydroepiandrosterone-C14 has been isolated in spermatic vein blood of anesthetized dogs infused with cholesterol-4-C14 by the spermatic artery. It is considered that this finding lends additional support to the view that dehydroepiandrosterone is an intermediate in the biosynthesis of testicular androgens.
