Abstract
Actinomycetes and fungi causing farmers’lung and infections in man and animals were isolated preferentially using an Andersen sampler after shaking spores from mouldy hay in a sedimentation chamber. Actinomycetes were isolated after 2 h sedimentation and Aspergillus fumigatus and Absidia spp. after 30 min.
