Abstract

Chromatographic methods of pesticide residue analysis of samples of plant or animal origin require isolation of the analyte from the matrix and purification of the crude extract. Combined isolation and clean-up methods are used for these purposes. This paper concentrates on the choice of optimum isolation and purification techniques, which are used for pesticide residue analysis in samples of biological origin.
