Isolation and Identification of Endophytic Bacteria from the Andalas Plant Stem (Morus macroura Miq.)

Summary
Pengamatan bakteri endofit secara mikroskopis dilakukan dengan pewarnaan Gram. Hasil penelitian diperoleh 8 isolat bakteri Gram positif dan 3 isolat bakteri Gram negatif. Bakteri endofit yang berhasil diisolasi dari batang tumbuhan Andalas berbentuk bacil dan coccus (masing-masingnya 2 isolat dan 9 isolat).
