Abstract

The current study was conducted to detect the accompanying bacterial causes in people with heart disease of both sexes and of different ages of patients. Collected 150 blood samples of the people who visited Marjan Specialized Hospital, and the results of the transplantation were shown through the study of the appearance of pathogens the people who visited Marjan Specialized Hospital, and the results of the transplants were revealed through the study of the appearance of the flora, 193 were positive for the transplant out of 150 and 11 no growth culture. The positive bacteria included the highest percentage of the positive bacterial isolates is Staphylococcus aureus if the isolation percentage was 34.75%As for the negative bacteria, Enterococcus it was the highest isolation rate was 31.97%.the level of interleukin was measured IL10 Which showed an increase in its concentration in patient samples, especially in the 70-61 group, reaching (381.6667±16.56301pg/ml) compared to control in the same group reaching (299.0000±31.51190pg/ml). And IL35 which showed an increase in its concentration in patient samples, especially in the (70-61) group, reaching (1722.6667±2067.59796pg/ml) Compared to its value in healthy subjects while the age group (41-50) (45.08141±26.02776pg/ml) showed the lowest concentration of this interleukin and it was compared to the healthy and the same group.
