Abstract

Vulvar cancer recurrent to the inguinal region is associated with a poor prognosis. There is limited data on the successful management of vulvar cancer recurrent to the groin. This case report describes a patient with a unilateral groin recurrence of squamous cell carcinoma of the vulva, who is salvaged with multimodality treatment, including preoperative chemoradiation, radical excision with reconstruction, and intraoperative radiation (IORT).
